Scuba Diving in Columbia

Check out diving in Columbia
http://scubatravel.co.uk/americas/colombia.html

Colombia is now much safer than it once was. It has diving in both the Caribbean and Pacific

See these testimonials and many others . . .

Providencia Island
“The most beutiful place I have ever been. There are many places to rent a boat and diving equipment. Cost may vary from season to season. I went in high season (Dec-Jan) and the price is approx $50 for one dive. Much better than other places such as Costa Rica. Not only the diving is amazing but the island is magical.”
Paula

Gorgona Island
” Gorgona island, until 1985, was a jail; it’s now a sanctuary. The land tours are great and you wlll see sharks, sea lions, dolpins, whale sharks, Whales (sometimes) and its not over populted with tourists. Gorgona was awesome, As good as the Galapagos. Colombia is more safe than the media would have you believe. ”

Great New English Sweet Shop in Spain

You really must visit this great new English sweet shop if you’re in the south east corner of Spain.

It’s the new venture of Wendy Brown formerly from Barnham in West Sussex UK, who is also a well known Shiatsu practitioner.

In her shop you’ll find the old style “sweets in a jar” with a wide range of delicious sweets and candies.

And if you’re in the mood, or have an ache or pain that needs attending to, talk to her nicely about a trial Shiatsu session, and I mean nicely, because she’s also a Karate instructor.

You’ll find her shop La Vida Dulce in the little village of Albox up in the hills behind Mojacar and and a worthwhile drive from Cartagena and Almeria.

Go on – spoil yourselves and say hello to Wendy for me.
